Fill in your website details

Once you have signed up to one of our Care Plans you will then need to fill out your website details as best as you can via the ‘My Websites‘ page in your dashboard if you haven’t already. We will need this information for setting up your new Care Plan!

Ticket Details

Track the set up process

A ticket will be automatically added to your dashboard on the ‘My Tickets‘ page for the set up of your new care plan where you can track the progress.

To get your ongoing care plan underway, we will need to implement our premium backup, security and monitoring plugin on your website. This process can take up to 3 business days to complete (this time may vary depending on the level of demand, however, it’s usually a lot quicker!).

You will be notified via email of any updates made to the ticket and when the set-up process is complete.

Step Three

Submit a support ticket to us

Included in your professional or premium care plan are priority support tickets that you can submit to us and we’ll get it done for you!

To submit a support ticket, simply select the ‘Submit Ticket’ button within the navigation at the top of each page.

You will then be redirected to a form where you can submit your request along with any supporting documents, simply select ‘Website Support Ticket’ from the ticket type dropdown. We do ask you to submit ONE edit per submission so our team can assign your requests accordingly.

A support ticket is anything that can be applied within your Admin Dashboard or a technical fix and takes up to 30 minutes to implement. If you’re unsure if your request applies to the above, don’t hesitate to ask us here.

How long does setup take?

We’ll typically have your website set up on a Care Plan within 1 business day of your sign up date.

If you sign up to the Professional Plus Care Plan, we aim to complete this within 1 business day however, this can take a little longer in some cases as we need to get some extra information from you, and may need to work with your existing hosting or email providers to migrate your site.

Can I buy hosting on its own?

No.

Our mission when introducing hosting as part of our services was to extend the level of support we can provide to you and your website.

By offering hosting with the Professional Plus Care Plan, we can give you 100% support across your entire website including backup & restore, updates, security, malware detection & removal, DNS support, SSL configurations, and so much more!

Can I host with someone else?

Yes, we offer Care Plan support no matter who you host your website with!

What if my website has a virus

When do you backup my website?

Backing up your website is the first thing we do when you sign up to a Care Plan. This makes sure we have a copy of your website from day 1 so you’re always covered.

We then backup your website daily so there’s always a recent recovery point to restore from if you ever need it.

How often do you update my website?

We review your website for updates weekly! 

Depending on what updates are available for your themes, plugins, and WP Core, we assess the “update risk” and may leave them for the following week.

This is because some updates (particularly for WordPress core files) can cause your website to break.

Waiting to make sure a release is stable before updating is essential for keeping your website running smoothly.
